  • graham cracker crumbs (2 cups)
  • butter (1 stick, melted)
  • eggs (2)
  • butter (2 sticks)
  • confectioners sugar (2 cups)
  • crushed pineapple (2 cans, drained)
  • bananas (6 medium-sized, sliced)
  • Cool Whip (1 large tub)
  • chopped nuts (to sprinkle on top)
  • maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Crust: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs crushed 1 stick butter melted Line 13x9x2 pan with butter crumb mixture Filling: Beat with a mixer 15 min. 2 eggs 2 sticks butter 2 cups confectioners sugar Pour egg mixture over crust Cover with drained 2 cans crushed pineapple Cover with sliced banana (6 medium sized bananas) Cover with large cool whip Sprinkle with chopped nuts Marachino cherries
